What is ABA?

Applied Behavioral Analysis uses a data-driven scientific approach to help understand behavior. During an ABA Therapy session, clients work one-on-one with a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and/or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

What Does Bloom Offer?

• Programs are individualized for each client and their specific needs. A specialized assessment will determine goals and a proper behavioral reduction plan. A session may include work on social skills, communication skills, life skills, hygiene, toilet training and more.

• Parent collaboration will occur at least once per month to ensure new skill sets are more easily incorporated at a home life and family level.

• We are able to collaborate with additional outlets your child may be utilizing, including but not limited to: School IEPs and Multi-Disciplinary Teams (Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, etc.) to create a well-balanced, streamlined plan of action for you and your family.

• Currently, Bloom primarily offers in-home sessions, with options for school and community based if opportunity allows.

• Bloom is in the process of accepting several major healthcare insurances, with an option for self-pay for those not approved or without insurance. Please contact us to find out more information on what insurance is accepted, as we are adding new plans weekly.

Where does Bloom service?

We are currently available in the Greater Kansas City and Northland areas in Missouri and  Miami County area in Kansas. If you live nearby, please reach out and we will see if we can help.

What does the future hold?

In the future, Bloom has plans to expand to offer in-clinic services, as well as an integrated preschool where neurotypical and neurodivergent kids can learn and grow together.
